Washi tape is all the rage right now and comes in glorious patterns and colours in rolls.
By taking Sookwang double sided tape and applying it to the back of glossy paper which I had already decorated with alcohol inks, I then was able to cut the paper in the strips of tape and voila! ,I had washi tape!
Distress inks applied to craft mat, sprayed with water and white card stock swiped through, dried with heat tool, swiped again and dried between each layer, until I liked the colours. Archival black ink used for images on top. I like how the results vary so much depending on colours used!
Fun card for masculine birthday
Again using spring distress inks
These new colours from Tim Holtz Distress Inks are so pretty. I am sure I will be using them a lot!
Distress stains ( Peeled paint,Wild Honey, Weathered Wood) on heavy water-colour paper. Trees from Stampin Up stamped with black Archival ink
This is another die cut from Memory Box, simple to use on the Sizzix but so intricate. Haven’t used my sewing machine for months but pulled it out to attach this lace border! Used Adirondack Lettuce coloured Dimensional Pearls for accents on edge and corner.
Using the Tim Holtz’ rusted enamel technique with distress inks and clear embossing powder, I like the depth of the images
