957B49D1-0988-45C1-88B5-98AA08B941FFPlaying with Alcohol Inks on glossy paper today. I just play with the colors and see what develops and then stamp accordingly. Today is our first day of snow so it was a coincidence that this summer sunset scene came to life!

Guest designing at Quietfire Design again!

Ornate Christmas design

With a background stamp heat embossed in gold and a script stamp sporadically applied with white picket fence Distress Paint for resist, then chipped Sapphire and peacock feathers Distress stain applied. This card looks different from different angles   Edges heat embossed with gold and Quietfire’s Merry Christmas die cut on gold paper. Purposely placed on an angle on card front although I am not sure if I like it!

Penny Black’s friends are the magic of the season


Another card for Penny Black’s holiday head start challenge. I used the lovely Friends Stamp and flourish from PB “beauty of the season” stamp set on this card alongside Memory Box’s hanging ornament die on an alcohol inked background

B83D1BE6-ED6E-4642-9583-9D1120EDA6E3Distress Oxide inked sky with taylored expressions “downtown border” die cut once on grey cardstock and once on black. Some buildings were adhered flush, then the next row has one layer of foam tape for dimension. The front row of buildings has two thicknesses of foam tape so it sits in front of the other buildings.
