I found this idea on Pinterest from Lynn Pratt at http://stampndesign.blogspot.ca.

It looks quite cool in real life. Cardstock is scored every 1/2″ in both directions then stamp a background script and floral design. Once dry swipe a versa mark pad over top and clear heat emboss

Heather on Stampnation (www.thestampnation.com) showed a video on replicating the look of Bokeh photography where you get those halos of light behind the main image. I don’t think I quite got it but it makes for an interesting background

Doesn’t this remind you of the kaleidoscopes that we had when we were kids?

I got the inking idea from my sister (thanks Sherri!)  Multiple colours of Distress Inks  blended on cardstock then stencil placed on top and black soot Distress ink applied through

I am entering this in Simon Says Stamp Work It Wednesday Blue challenge
