Watercolor Birthday

DSCF9802.JPG

I really like the vibrancy of the Distress Inks direct on craft mat, spritzed with water then card stock slid through. Floral Demur stamp by Penny Black and greeting by Rubbernecker Stamps

Color Burst and a Stencil= Awesome!

DSCF9793

Idea from Stampnation’s free stencil class. It’s good to think outside the box!

Winter Night’s Sky

On Stampnation, there continues to be so much inspiration and the stencil class gives new ideas!

This is embossing through a stencil. Versa mark applied over stencil and I used multiple colors of embossing powders  and heat set.

Swiped alcohol Inks

DSCF9787

By putting drops of Alcohol Ink on craft mat and swiping the glossy cardstock through, you get a nice flowing pattern as in the first card. The second one, I added more drops of the purple color to get the illusion of flowers

Alcohol Inks and canned air

DSCF9781

This will work for a masculine birthday

Alcohol inks blended by canned air on glossy cardstock. Script stamp in Archival black. Two layer Happy Birthday cut on the Silhouette

Watercolor Roses

I saw a beautiful card on Lydia Evans’ blog and had to give it a try. White heat embossed rose background and watercolors
