Cool day at the camper

It was a colourful sky last night after more rain. Today is cool and windy but not raining. I am playing with inks and watercolours on the Tim Holtz cityscapes. The first two scenes are done with watercolours , and the second two are done with Distress Oxide Inks

Zigs and Penny Black

Using Penny Black’s pop pop poppy stamp and Zig watercolour markers and the Stamp Perfect tool

These stamps are beautifully detailed. I coloured with several Zig marker colors then spritzed with water and stamped on watercolour paper

Nature themed birthday

I love that this started out as plain white card stock! I used Distress inks and water for the background. Then stamped Rubberneckers stamps “watercolor branch” with just water, then sprinkled Ken Oliver’s Color Burst powders in and added water on stamp again. The base is done with Stampscapes “grass texture”,water and Color Burst. Greeting is from Simon Says Stamp Birthday Balloons set

Using Distress Crayons for the background and a script stamped in black, , two of the thinlet wildflower dies from Tim Holtz alterations line and Quietfire’s “With Sympathy ” stamp

The background is Alcohol inks on Yupo. The florals are Altenew Majestic blooms coloured with Zig markers. The Happy Birthday die is a Quietfire Design die from Elizabeth Craft designs
