Unusual Wedding Cards

DSCF9235 DSCF9237

The first card uses Distress Inks (of course!) sponged through Memory Box Brilliant stencil. Then silhouette bride and groom images foam dotted on top. Second card is gold embossed image on vellum over an alcohol inked background (with white script heat embossed on the alcohol inks).

Happy September

Fall is my favourite season, the colours and the crisp weather.

Today’s card uses woodgrain card stock on kraft. Used American Crafts white card stock which has a nice texture to it, and  inked an entire 12×12 sheet with various colors of Distress Inks then sprayed with water and left overnight to dry. Then using the Silhouette, cut a variety of leaves to cover the entire sheet (extras for another project)  Then took each individual leaf and pressed them on versa mark, and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Greeting from Winnie and Walter!

Nature themed Thank you cards

I had an order for 30 thank you cards so decided to go with a nature theme.Using Stampscapes small lakeside cove stamp, I created little mini scenes for each card with Distress Inks.  I really liked the northern lights on my last card so I did quite a few of those with a few sunsets thrown in for good measure!
