Crumpled Paper Background

After putting white card stock through an embossing folder, I then colored with water-colour pencils and blended them with a water brush
Distress ink background (picked raspberry,salty ocean,peacock feathers,shaded lilac) then some assorted colors of perfect pearl mists sprayed through sequin waste. The flowers are stamped in Archival inks(deep purple and manganese blue). Cherry embossing powder and a ribbon!
Today’s class was about challenging ourselves to try something different. Usually I use several layers etc, so I challenged myself to only use ink. However I used many layers of ink to make this fall friendship tag! I like how it turned out
Today’s class talked about trying new techniques and not focusing on a specific project but rather enjoying the discoveries. I used white ink resist with distress stains, chalk inks and just kept playing with the colors and total look until I liked it
Rebecca and I collaberated on this one. She wanted to make a card for her father in law. Using the wildlife cricut cartridge and some distress inks this was a fun easy card
